My new book, The Laundry Room.
Well...false alarm. It's not quite a book yet. It is unpublished and I mocked up that cover just to have a visual, but my manuscript is out in the world looking for a home. It won't take long (she says, confidently) but until you can grab it off a bookstore shelf or online, you may read the first chapter below.

What More Could You Wish For (St. Martin's Press) is a coming-of-middle-age story. Libby Carson is quickly approaching her 50th birthday, coming to terms with love. There's a steady guy and everyone expects she'll marry him, but then a first love from high school enters the picture and a family tragedy forces her to re-examine her priorities. This is Libby's story as she figures out what she wants for the second chapter of her life.
